Before and After Semester A

Before the first semester in the institute, before Learning Graphic design, I was nothing but a Wacom stylus wielding guy with very thick lines.
Now, four months after, I can claim I have worked with everything you see me holding, and I'm pretty glad I did, because I would have never discovered all these materials on my own.
Here is the list of what I hold:
Brown packaging paper, light and heavy, screwdrivers, chisels, acrylic paint, 50cm ruler, white paper, newspaper, translucent paper, spray paint, artline 100 and 70, box of oil pastels, hammer, cutting knifes 30 degrees and 60 degrees, dip quill, ink, chalk, various brushes, wooden boards, metal sheets, metal pipes and metal poles, and in my mouth the holy rapidograph.
Underneath on the before is my own comic-style hand writing (bold and regular), and on the after is the classic Hebrew font Frank-Ruhl (bold and regular).
Also during my studies I started using thinner lines and got into the habit of cross-shadowing.

I'm no master, or an expert, but I think this first semester changed the way I think, work and look at the world around me.
